This Licensing Policy governs the use of Glass Media 360's proprietary software, platforms, content, and intellectual property. All licenses granted by Glass Media 360 are subject to the terms set forth herein and in any applicable service agreement or license agreement executed between the parties.

Software Platform Licenses

Glass Media 360 offers the following licensing tiers for its software platforms:

Tier 1

Starter License

Single-organization, non-transferable license for use of one Glass Media 360 platform by up to 25 named users. Includes standard support, software updates, and access to the documentation library. Suitable for small organizations and pilot deployments.

Tier 2

Professional License

Single-organization license for unlimited users within one legal entity. Includes priority support, API access, custom integrations (up to 5), and dedicated account management. Suitable for mid-market organizations with complex operational requirements.

Tier 3

Enterprise License

Multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction license with unlimited users and deployments. Includes white-label options, source code escrow, SLA guarantees, 24/7 support, and unlimited custom integrations. Suitable for large enterprises, health systems, and national carriers.

Tier 4

OEM / Reseller License

Permits integration of Glass Media 360 platform components into third-party products and services for resale. Subject to separate OEM agreement, revenue sharing terms, and technical certification requirements. Contact our partnerships team for details.

Content Licensing

Glass Media 360 produces original content — including articles, research reports, podcast episodes, video content, and data visualizations — that may be licensed for use by third parties under the following terms:

  • Editorial Use: Media organizations may quote up to 150 words from Glass Media 360 content with proper attribution and a link to the original source.
  • Syndication License: Full republication of articles, reports, or other written content requires a written syndication agreement. Contact licensing@glassmedia360.com.
  • Broadcast License: Use of Glass Media 360 audio or video content in broadcast, streaming, or commercial applications requires a separate broadcast license agreement.
  • Data License: Access to Glass Media 360 proprietary datasets, indices, or analytics outputs requires a data license agreement with usage restrictions and attribution requirements.

ListenPay Smart Contract Licensing

Organizations wishing to deploy ListenPay's smart contract infrastructure within their own platforms or products must execute a ListenPay Integration License Agreement. This agreement governs the use of ListenPay's blockchain protocols, oracle network access, and settlement infrastructure. Fees are based on transaction volume and use case complexity.

Open Source Components

Certain Glass Media 360 platform components incorporate open source software. A complete list of open source components and their applicable licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, GPL, etc.) is available upon request. Glass Media 360's proprietary modifications to open source components are subject to the terms of this Licensing Policy.

Prohibited Uses

Unless expressly authorized in a written license agreement, you may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Glass Media 360 software
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
  • Sublicense, sell, or transfer any license without prior written consent
  • Use Glass Media 360 platforms to develop competing products or services
  • Access Glass Media 360 APIs beyond the scope of your license agreement
